Description

The BOËVER family’s story in Louvois began in 1847, when Thomas’s ancestor first set foot in this renowned wine-growing village. After generations of passionate growers, Paulette and Gaston created Champagne Gaston BOEVER in 1946. In 1970, the next generation continued the legacy under the name Champagne Pierre BOEVER. Today, Thomas and his wife, Laure, proudly carry on the family tradition as third-generation winemakers, crafting elegant champagnes that reflect both heritage and modern craftsmanship.
