Description
Domaine La Rigouline is located north of Aix-en-Provence, extending into the village of Couteron. Committed to environmental responsibility, the 55-hectare estate, classified as “AOP Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence” and “IGP Méditerranée,” is managed by Thierry Blanchard and his daughter Anna using 100% organic farming practices. The terroir consists of clay-limestone soils on the slopes of the Trévaresse mountain range.
