Description

Domaine Saint Siffrein

Since 1885, the Chastan family has proudly cultivated vines on the distinctive terroir of Châteauneuf-du-Pape, in the southern Rhône Valley of France. The estate lies near the historic village of Châteauneuf-du-Pape, where the vineyards are shaped by the region’s Mediterranean climate and the famous galets roulés — large rolled stones that retain heat and promote excellent ripening conditions.

The Grenache, Mourvèdre, and Syrah vines, averaging 60 years of age, are perfectly adapted to this unique environment. Their naturally low yields give rise to wines of exceptional depth, structure, and complexity, each reflecting the authenticity and character of the Châteauneuf-du-Pape terroir.
